About Amy Oganyan

Amy has a background in high-volume merchandise manufacturing and global import/export, Amy’s expertise revolves around meeting deadlines, detail orientation and exemplary organization as she had a portfolio of over 300 clients globally. She helped negotiate and secure millions of dollars (over 65 million) in purchase contracts with some of the most reputable and known companies (such as Hard Rock International, Disney, Universal Studios, and House of Blues). Mix that in with a family construction business and the concoction of knowledge in homes, customer service, and negotiation skills; she has taken her well-known knowledge and seamlessly applied it to her career in Real Estate. 

Always coming from a place of compassion and service, Amy is also MRP certified and brings her vast knowledge and expertise in PCS moves and VA loans for active-duty military members and veterans. Her SFR certification has proved time and time again she is able to guide each client facing foreclosure or short sale in the right direction throughout the entire process. Throughout her career, she has helped clients through various different types of real estate sales from Trust Sales, Probate, Divorce, Luxury, and International Sales. This has earned her a recognition of Triple Gold and Platinum Awards and respectful recognition amongst agents throughout the entire nation.
